Kansas State v. Colorado State

Kansas State wins group with win. Advances with draw. Eliminated with loss by 2 or more goals.
Colorado State wins group with win or draw. Advances as 2nd place with loss.
Michigan advances with loss by Kansas State by 2 or more goals.

Other scenarios exist.  Brain slow.

Illinois v. Florida

Illinois wins group with win. Advances with draw.  Eliminated with loss by 3 or more goals.
Florida wins group with win or draw. Advances as 2nd place with loss.
UTEP advances with loss by Illinois by 3 or more goals.

Colorado v. Georgia

Colorado wins group with win.
Georgia wins group with win.
Missouri advances as 2nd place with a victory by either team.

If there is a tie:
0-0: Georgia and Missouri advance to PKs to determine 1st and 2nd, Colorado eliminated (Goals For)
1-1; Georgia wins group (Goals For); Colorado and Missouri PKs for 2nd (tied with 1 goal each)
2-2 or more; Georgia wins group (Goals For); Colorado advances (goals for); Missouri eliminated.

Pool H
Delaware v. Michigan State

Michigan State wins group with win or draw. Eliminated with loss by more than 3.
Delaware wins group with victory by more than 3 goals.
Cal Poly advances with Delaware loss or draw.
